Sour Jack is perfect for a midday boost in productivity or in the morning for a gentle kickstart to your day. This strain is the sativa of your dreams. I know I said last time that Joe’s Lemonade was my favorite sativa ever; Sour Jack may come in a very close second! Give it a try and let me know which you think is better! Keep reading to see how my experience with Soma Rosa’s Sour Jack went!

The Sour Jack strain that I got is by Soma Rosa and I got 7 grams for just $50 through Kushagram’s delivery service! I’ve been using this delivery service for over a year and according to their staff, my history is over 5 pages long. This was one of the few strains I have yet to try on their extensive list of strains from compassionate shelf to exotic shelf. Sour Jack comes from the crossing of parent strains Jack Herer and Sour Diesel. Jack Herer is a sativa dominant strain and Sour Diesel is an extremely popular sativa dominant hybrid strain.

The Sour Jack strain smells very light and fragrant. The bud itself is super fluffy and soft, making it easy to break up with the hands. A grinder really isn’t necessary with this strain. The Sour Jack strain by Soma Rosa has an aftertaste of banana but smells like sour diesel. It’s an interesting combination that works quite well together. It’s definitely an acquired taste but is in no way off-putting or overpowering.

The effects of the Sour Jack strain leave consumers feeling energized, productive, relaxed, euphoric, and eventually sleepy. Sour Jack is your go to strain for an increase in general mood and productivity. You’ll feel energized after consuming this strain for as long as an hour. Some of the common uses for this strain includes depression, pain, and anxiety. Sour Jack typically has a low CBD level. The batch that I got tested at 16% THC and 2% CBD. For those looking for more of the effects of CBD, Sour Jack isn’t recommended. I’ve only used this strain during the day and find it is best recommended for daytime use anyway. It just confuses the body if used during the nighttime, so save it for the wake and bake.

Sour Jack by Soma Rosa Farms is a sativa that I will undoubtedly be revisiting when the mood for a morning smoke strikes. Some mornings it’s a little harder to get out of bed. Why not have the Sour Jack strain on standby for those times to perk yourself up and get you excited for the day ahead? If you give Soma Rosa Farm’s Sour Jack a try, leave a comment down below and let me know what you think of it. Rest assured Sour Jack won’t leave a sour taste in your mouth!
