Peanut Butter Breath is a premium indoor cannabis strain that is an indica dominant hybrid. This indica strain is the perfect end of the day treat! Try this out the next time you’re having some trouble falling asleep or are concerned about an upset stomach. Peanut Butter Breath is sure to cure just about any minor ailment!

The Peanut Butter Breath strain comes from a brand called Triple Seven LA. The prepackaged eighth cost me $45 from a dispensary in DTLA called Buddha Company. Triple Seven LA is one of the most technologically advanced indoor cannabis cultivation facilities in the state of California. Triple Seven LA is a very environmentally conscious brand that only uses chemical-free water. According to their website, “By using only chemical-free water and rich, organic soil amendments, we’ve gone above and beyond the highest industry standards to cultivate the best strains that deliver every time.” Triple Seven LA’s strains are all born and bred in California and grown in DTLA. It’s really cool to know a brand in my own backyard that is sustainable without sacrificing quality.

The Peanut Butter Breath Strain comes packaged in a glass jar as a prepackaged eighth. The jar comes labeled will all pertinent info like THC and CBD content, package date, harvest date, and expiration date. The bud itself doesn’t smell like peanut butter. It smells pretty dank and kind of fresh. I get a hint of some nutty undertones but not enough to say it smells like peanut butter. The nugs vary in size from small to large sized nugs. The nugs are dense and very sticky. The nugs appear light green with some dark green, almost purple leaves woven throughout. The pistils are a light orange and cover the nugs abundantly. The nugs are also coated in a thick layer of crystal white trichomes that glisten in the light. The stems are quite hard so I would omit them when grinding up this bud. This bud is a bit of a hassle to break up with the hands so a grinder is recommended.

The effects of the Peanut Butter Breath strain leave consumers feeling relaxed, hungry, euphoric, creative, and tired. The first time I tried this strain I rolled a blunt with organic hemp wraps. I wanted to see if there was a noticeable difference in feel and harshness when smoking hemp wraps versus traditional tobacco based blunt wraps. It was significantly less harsh than usual and the flavor wasn’t impacted at all. The effects of the Peanut Butter Breath strain at first didn’t seem like it would make much of an impact on a veteran smoker like myself. It took roughly fifteen minutes to finish the blunt and in that same amount of time I began to feel the effects. I felt deeply relaxed and the munchies hit me quickly. I ordered food before consuming this strain and timed it so that my order arrived as I finished smoking. The munchies hit pretty much as soon as my Chipotle was in hand. This indica dominant hybrid would be great for a variety of consumers. Some of the medical uses for this strain include stress, anxiety, appetite loss, nausea, insomnia, depression, menstrual cramps, and more. The effects last about 3-4 hours depending on your tolerance level and method of consumption.

Peanut Butter Breath is an indica dominant hybrid that you’ll for sure want to try. Like the PB&J, Peanut Butter Breath delivers all the nostalgic indica feels with all the stickiness of the classic sandwich. It’s a bit on the pricey end but the quality is unparalleled. The quantity may seem small but the potency makes up for where the amount seems to be lacking. Overall, I really enjoyed the Peanut Butter Breath strain and I highly recommend it.
