Death Wish is a hybrid strain that is as mysterious as it is potent. The Death Wish strain comes from a cross between three strains: Sensi Star, OG Kush, and Sour Diesel. Effects can be slow to onset, but once they do, Death Wish OG takes away all cares and replaces them with a state of relaxed euphoria. This indica dominant hybrid is tough enough to stand up to the highest tolerance level indica lovers and gentle enough for the sativa enthusiasts.

The Death Wish strain was created by crossing the strains OG Kush, Sensi Star, and Sour Diesel. OG Kush is the father of all great Kush strains and is an indica dominant strain. Sensei Star is a legendary indica strain curated by Paradise Seeds that’s received awards in the 1999, 2000, and 2005 High Times Cannabis Cup. Last but not least, parent strain Sour Diesel is a potent sativa dominant strain perfect for conditions like pain, stress, and depression. These three titans come together to form the Death Wish OG strain and like its parents, Death Wish came to win.

Los Angeles natives will be glad to know that the Death Wish OG strain is easily available from local dispensary Gold 20 on S Broadway. This shop was a recommendation from a friend for their first time patient deals. I was able to get 7g of Death Wish for $35. This was a pretty great deal and largely unheard of. Death Wish is a top shelf strain that caters to both indica and sativa lovers alike. The unassuming looking but powerful smelling bud leaves consumers feeling relaxed, euphoric, happy, uplifted, creative, and sleepy. Medical uses for this strain include stress, pain, depression, insomnia, headaches, and more. Dry mouth is the main reported negative associated with consumption of this strain.

The reason I say this bud looks unassuming is because aside from the nice nugs that the budtender picked out for me, the majority of the bud was frail looking and reminded me of low quality outdoor grown shit from the East Coast. The Death Wish strain is a super sticky bud that is almost impossible to break up with the hands. I would prefer using a grinder with this bud due to its stickiness and density. I was able to try Death Wish OG at various points in the day and evening. Most of the time I didn’t realize when I fell asleep and always woke up feeling rather well rested.

Some of the medical uses for this strain includes insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, lack of appetite, and headaches. Due to its versatility, Death Wish OG is a great strain for medical and recreational consumers alike. Consumers in the Los Angeles area and everywhere else medial and recreational marijuana has been legalized can try out apps like Weedmaps to locate a shop or delivery service near them that carries this and many more awesome strains.
