When it comes to Indica’s, Tahoe OG Kush and Sunset Sherbet have got to be two of my favorite strains to choose from. So when I walked into my local dispensary and saw a hybrid of the two flavors I threw down my cash without hesitation. The Tahoe Sherbet Nug Run Sugar Wax from Regulator Extracts aka Smokey Point Productions out of Washington State was not only gorgeous to look at but had a low price point of just $18 USD. I was in need of a heavy Indica so I was beyond excited to get home and give the Tahoe Sherbet a taste.
I decided to use my Mothership Faberge Egg Bubbler for this session and upon opening the jar to the wax I was hit in the face with notes of sweet lemons and gas. The Tahoe Sherbet was extremely saucy and appeared full of delicious terpenes and made it very easy to work with which was a definite positive. As soon as the wax made contact with my quartz banger it was blast off time as the Tahoe Sherbet had me searching for a place to sit down as I was feeling it hard. This gear wasn’t devastating but had me ripped for a solid two hours after one Dab so this was without question a one-hitter quitter. For the next few hours, my chronic neck and back pains were a thing of the past and my stress and anxiety had completely melted away. Be warned however that the Tahoe Sherbet will give you some serious munchies as I found myself eating Two Philly Cheesesteaks and french fries like a savage.
Overall, the Tahoe Sherbet was a wonderful extract that was exactly what I needed after a long day of work. When it came to her taste and pungency, the Tahoe Sherbet had a wonderful mix of citrus and jet fuel that lasted on the palate well after exhale so I gave her a score of 9.1/10. In regards to the Tahoe Sherbet’s strength and potency, this is where she got my attention as I was beyond blasted after this session. The stone lasted for at least two hours and made me a believer so I gave the Tahoe Sherbet Sugar Wax a score of 9.5/10. In the end, the Tahoe Sherbet was an outstanding sample that I would without question recommend if you are lucky enough to find it in your neck of the woods.
