Berry Fusion was another one of my impulse buys this week. Berry Fusion, also popularly known as Berry OG, is a cannabis strain known for its lovely scent and induction of productive highs. Admittedly, I chose this strain because the name sounded like a smoothie I’d get from Jamba Juice. When the Kushagram staff recommended this hybrid to me I was instantly interested in giving it a try.

Berry Fusion is a strain of densely packed nugs that smell like a mixture of ripe strawberries, plums, and blueberries. A grinder is recommended for breaking this up due to how dense and sticky the nugs are. Berry Fusion is another indica-dominant strain but somehow allows for a brief moment of productivity during the inception of your high.

THC levels average between 15-20% depending on crop and growing conditions. Its effects are known to be extremely relaxing for the body, often being used for chronic pain, migraines, arthritis, and even menstrual cramps. Berry Fusion will induce hunger, so be sure to have snacks prepared. This strain has been known to help improve focus, creativity, and increase energy despite its indica dominance. Some have noted that Berry OG can be a choice strain for social activities, but the same can be said about a multitude of strains. Oftentimes smoking is a social activity for me and I never really consider what strains are best for sharing with friends. They’re all pretty great for sharing!

The Berry Fusion medical marijuana strain is a cross between OG Kush and Hasberry. The smell is incredibly dank. It’s one of those that immediately permeates the air as soon as you open the jar. It’s so potent in fact I could smell it as soon as I opened the sealed bag that the jars were contained in. Not great if you need to be discreet with your medicine. If this isn’t of concern to you then no worries there!

710 Genetics is the company behind this strain. 710 Genetics is a UK based seed company dedicated to providing both rare and popular seeds to consumers all around the world. Based in Birmingham, England, this boutique seedbank has been working with some of the finest strains for over 20 years and guarantee their seeds are cultivated with care by their team of expert breeders. Berry Fusion is just one example of their awesome strain crosses. They also carry more well-known breeds such as Sour Diesel, Gorilla Glue, and California native Girl Scout Cookies.

Overall, this isn’t my usual go-to in terms of hybrids. Did I like it? Yes. Would I buy it again? Probably not. Nothing really stood out to me when trying this strain. 9/10 still recommend however. It’s totally worth trying for those looking to expand their hybrid horizons. It’s not for me at this time, but who knows, maybe later on in life I’ll come around the same way I did with Blue Dream. For now, Berry Fusion is going to sit on the backburner. What do you guys think of Berry Fusion? Let me know down below in the comments!
