Choosing a strain during a pandemic is a very important decision. You can’t be picking just anything off the wall during these stressful times. You need a strain that’s going to get you where you need to be as you have no time or energy to waste during these moments. This was my conundrum the other day in my dispensary as I only had so much time in order to make my choice and exit the premises as quickly as possible in order to lower my risk of possibly catching the virus. So within a few harrowing seconds, I saw a strain I’d never seen in the Garanimals Sugar Wax from Gold Heart Extracts at the low price of $18 USD a gram and I wasted no time in pulling the trigger. To give you a little strain lineage background, the Granimals is an Indica-Dominant Hybrid that crosses Grape Pie and Animal Cookies to create a strain that is said to be the perfect cut to relax to after a hard days work.
I decided to use my Mobius Stereo Matrix Bubbler for this session and once the jar was opened, I was able to smell mellow notes of diesel along with hints of berries. Now at first glance, the Garanimals sugar was a gorgeous almost off white color that shined beautifully in the light. In regards to its consistency, the wax was a little on the dry side but I was still able to easily grab a nice sized dab with my nail so I was not disappointed. As soon as the nail hit my quartz banger, I was able to feel her heavy stone instantly go from my head to my toes. As I exhaled, I was able to taste her berry tones along with a gas finish that was delicious. For the next two hours, I was ripped but not devastated. This was a solid high that had me smiling and relaxed while my chronic neck and back pains were virtually non-existent.
In the end, I truly enjoyed the Garanimals sugar wax and found it to be a wonderful sample in all aspects. When it came to her taste and pungency, the Granimals was a tasty mix of berries and gas that I could taste on my tongue well after exhale, so for that reason I gave her a score of 9.2/10. When it came to her strength and potency, the Garanimals were heavy but not so much that it had me couch-locked. The Garanimals provided a heavy stone that was more than sufficient so I gave her a score of 9.1/10. Overall, the Garanimals was a tasty treat that did the trick so I would highly recommend it for anyone lucky enough to find it on their shelves.
