Purple Punch is a strain that’s super accessible this season. I’ve tried it in flower form, live resin form, and now in the form of a Stiiizy cartridge! Stiiizy is known for their impeccable quality and the Purple Punch half gram pod is no exception!
ORIGINS
The Purple Punch half gram pod by Stiiizy is one of their many strain options for their vaporizing rechargeable pen. I got two of the half gram pods for only $40 from Kushagram! It was a wildly good deal and the only indica strain they had for the Stiiizy pods that I haven’t already tried. I have the BIIIG Stiiizy battery which I think has a lot more power than the original Stiiizy pen. The difference between the BIIIG Stiiizy and the original are in the name: its much bigger. The battery has a capacity of 550mAh, which means bigger hits and longer lasting battery life. The starter kit also comes with a charger just like the original. This design, although bulkier, boasts some serious power and blows the original starter kit out of the water. I normally get the full gram pods to use with my battery because I feel like they last longer but it really just depends how much you use the pen.
APPEARANCE AND DETAILS
The half gram pod of Purple Punch is slightly smaller than the traditional full gram pods. The size doesn’t make much of a difference when it comes to the size of the hits you can take. The main deal is the battery and I love my BIIIG Stiiizy battery. It’s portable and fits in any pocket or purse. I really love taking this around with me during the day when running errands or when I go to work. It’s perfect for discreet use and makes a huge impact with only a few hits. I noticed some other competing vape pens have the issue of the wax leaking through the mouthpiece or clogging it up. Stiiizy never has this problem. They have consistently created solid cartridges that I can’t find one issue with. This time around I charged the pen for 30 minutes while I was getting ready in the morning and haven’t recharged it since.
EFFECTS AND USES
The effects of the Purple Punch strain leaves consumers feeling relaxed, in control, upbeat, energetic, but mostly relaxed. It is an indica strain so that makes sense. I don’t tend to have a lot of time to hit the Stiiizy pen and literally two to three hits is all you need for a significant effect you can feel in a short amount of time. This is great for taking on a camping trip because it can easily be charged in the car on the way up and you won’t need to recharge it or worry about durability issues at the campsite!
